William, Women & Weaving on William Shakespeare's birthday featuring Theatre Unbound, Calibanco Theatre and Marilyn Maiser of World Tapestry. This event was located at the Woman's Club of Minneapolis in its remarkably unpretentious and unfinished "attic" room with a luncheon served by the Club's unsurpassable chefs.

Puccini, Pasta & Purses featuring local opera singer Margaret Houlton singing Puccini arias. Drs. Purseval and Kerry Tote were present to weigh and judge purses. William, Wenches and Watches featuring The Hodge Podge Theatre presenting a scene from The Taming of the Shrew and Morris Park Players singing selected songs from Kiss Me Kate and a discussion about the use of time keeping devices during the time of William Shakespeare.

Shakespeare, Shoes and Champagne featuring The Starting Gate Theatre presenting a scene from King Lear. Guests shoes were inspected and evaluated for the most Shakespearian one in the crowd. Kristi Kowal of Vintage Ventures shared the history of champagne

Frost on Flowers at the Minnesota Landscape Arboretum featuring Henry Allen reciting Robert Frost poetry and artist Lauren Hildebrand discussing floral abstracts.

Flashback Fever - Fun, Funk & Fondue celebrating the 70's culture and featuring Certified Yoga Instructor & Unlimited Breath Practitioner, Patrick Weseman and singers Anne Nicolai and Henry Allen.

Pagliacci, Pistachios & Pearls featuring soprano Margaret Houlton singing arias from Ruggero Leoncavallo's famous opera, Pagliacci; LaDelia Szwed of Jewels & Jems discussing the history of pearls and Gail Weber discussing the unusual relationship between Pagliacci, pistachio and pearls.
